Account Standing

How the warnings and blacklists system works.

infoInfo

Forminator Moderation will only give a warning if, and when you break the Forminator Hub (Support Server) Rules, the Discord Terms Of Service, the Discord Community Guidelines, and our Terms of Service.

What is account standing?

Each account has a "standing". If, and when you get warned your account standing will become more and more limited.

We may restrict your access to forminator's features if you continue to break either:

  1. Discord's ToS and/or Community Guidelines
  2. Our ToS, Privacy Policy, or Discord Server Rules
  3. Breaking the law of the domicile in which forminator is based within (United Kingdom).

Account Standing Stages

  1. All Good!, you have no warnings and no need to worry about your account being limited in any way.
  2. Limited, you have one active warning. Some features may be restricted from use.
  3. Very Limited, you have two or more active warnings. Some features may be restricted from use.
  4. At Risk, you have three or more active warnings. Some features may be restricted from use.
  5. Restricted, you have four or more active warnings. A forced blacklist from using forminator will be given.

How blacklists work

When a user breaks a severe rule, we will permanently blacklist the specified user. E.g. the use of CSAM material, Scamming, abuse or harassment, etc.

However, you can also be blacklisted based on how many warnings you have.

No. Active Warnings Blacklist Length
4 1 month
8 6 months
16 Permanent

By default, warnings expire after 365 days, however in some cases we may reduce this.

Appeals

You are, of course, entitled to appeal as long as you meet these requirements:

  1. You appeal within 7 days of the warning or blacklist being issued.
  2. You have sufficient proof.
  3. You are not banned from the Forminator Support Server.
  4. You are not permanently blacklisted for illegal or illicit content.

Automatic Warnings

We have an automatic moderation system based on specific words entered into our systems. E.g. the subdomain selector.

Any content relating to CSAM content will result in an automatic permanent blacklist, however this type of blacklist is appealable up to once.

sticky_note_2Note

If you received an automatic warning by accident, or an automatic blacklist and believe it is false please join the staff server and create a ticket for an appeal.

Reports

You are able to report a server, form, etc by joining the support server and creating a Report Abuse ticket.

Server Blacklists

We may blacklists a server and not the owner. This is up to our discretion.
